Contact

Updated

Email hello@rentopia.app. That is the address for Rentopia. There is no other public contact, and you do not need an account to write. Rentopia is operated from Canada.

What to include

Say what you need in the first line. If the note is about a live or recent room, include the room code. Codes are not secrets from the people who were invited, but they are not posted here, so put the code in the email rather than assuming we can see your browser. If the note is about privacy, say whether you want to know what a room stores or you want something deleted. Finished matches are already deleted about 24 hours after they end, and lobbies are deleted sooner. We cannot restore a room after that cleanup has run.

What we can help with

  • A bug: what you clicked, what you expected, and the room code if you still have it.
  • Privacy: guest ids, display names, analytics, and advertising. The policy is at Privacy.
  • Advertising: where the AdSense loader is allowed to run, and where it is not. It is on these articles. It is not on the home screen, the lobby, or the board.
  • A rules question: the guide is How to play, and the host's lobby settings override a default. If a match disagreed with the guide, tell us the house rules you turned on.

What this address is not

It is not a way to reset a password. There are no passwords. It is not a way to ban another player inside your room. The room is private because you chose who received the link. If someone you do not want is in the lobby, do not start the match. It is also not a billing desk. Playing is free, and this contact page does not take payment.

How mail is handled

There is no phone line and no live chat. Write to hello@rentopia.app and include the room code when you have one. We use that mailbox for the notes listed above. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or copies of identity documents. Rentopia does not need them, and a room cannot be recovered from a document. If you are writing about ads, name the page you were reading. The loader is not on the match, so a screenshot of the board is not an ad report unless a third-party frame is actually visible there.

One clear note is enough. If the question is already answered in the FAQ or the Privacy Policy, those pages are the faster copy of the same rules.
